One Minute Exercises
Exercises
- Formats – The software is designed to be very flexible allowing exercise formats to be used repeatably in many different subject contexts.
- Numbers – There are 10 formats planned and 6 major areas of content. This results in up to 100 possible exercises each to be repeated at least 10 times.
- Reality check – Having done an exercise the user will see examples in their everyday life of what the exercise was about. This builds credibility in the KPowa message and keeps user engaged and buying over the longterm.
- Results saving – even the way results are asked for is designed to get the user to think about what they are doing. This helps reinforce unconscious neural pathways at the same time as building the model of thinking in the udsers conscious knowledge base.
- Repetition – exercises are simple so that they are easy for the user to repeat. They should be fun and interesting to help build addiction to doing them into the users everyday habits.
